My Resort / My Glass Terms and Conditions

General Terms:
1. Participation in the MyResorts Programme constitutes unconditional acceptance of the MyResort Benefits & Terms (including the General and Specific Terms) by Members.

2. Subject to these terms and conditions, Members may have the opportunity to enjoy benefits under the MyResort Programme (‘MyResort Benefits”) when they stay at participating Accor property in Asia Pacific according to their Accor Live Limitless (ALL) status level.

3. Eligibility: In order to participate in the MyResort Programme:
a. The hotel guest must be a Accor Live Limitless (ALL) member.
b. The Member must provide his loyalty card number when making his reservation, and present his card at the reception desk of the participating Accor property when he checks-in for his stay. Not with standing the above, non-members can join the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Programme and participate in MyGlass and MyKids at any time of their stay.
c. Save for MyGlass and MyKids, the Member’s stay at the participating Accor property resort is eligible for earning Points under the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Programme.

4. Benefits:
a. Only available at participating Accor property resort in Asia Pacific which is subject to change. May be subject to further terms and conditions imposed by the participating Accor property resort.
b. MyResort Benefits are subject to availability and request.
c. Subject to applicable laws. Benefits are considered void if prohibited by any existing law being imposed by the property and government.
d. Save for MyGlass and MyKids, does not apply to groups.
e. Save as specified terms below, the Member’s MyResort Benefits is strictly personal and non-transferable to any other party.

5. Member’s Responsibilities: Any breach of the MyResort Benefits Terms & Conditions, any abusive or fraudulent use of the MyResort Programme, the provision of any false information and any prejudicial or reprehensible behavior (in particular, regrettable, malicious or insulting behavior towards hotel staff) may result in the individual’s exclusion from the MyResort Benefits Programme, the termination of the
individual’s membership in the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Programme without prior notice or compensation, as well as the cancellation of the points earned by the Member with his card, this termination and exclusion shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Accor property group and the administration of the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Programme. The Member shall have no entitlement to make any claim for compensation for any reason whatsoever.

6. Accor property reserves the right to discontinue this programme at any time. Accor property may, at its absolute discretion, at any time, vary, delete or add to any of the terms and condition from time to time without prior notice.
7. In the events of any conflict between the general and specific terms, the specific terms shall prevail. In the events of any conflict between the English and translated version of these terms and conditions, the terms of the English version will prevail.

Specific Terms:
– Members can purchase at any point during the stay or visit.
– Members are not required to stay at Sofitel Philippines Plaza Manila to enjoy the Benefits from MyGlass.
– Not applicable for In-room Dining service. Promotion is not applicable to purchase items from the mini-bar, refreshment center and bottled water in the guest room.
– Subject to applicable laws such as government discounts (Senior Citizen and PWD).
– Member must present their membership card and MyGlass coupon to claim their drinks.
– MyGlass is valid from 8 AM – 11 PM at Sunset Bar or the Pool Bar. Member may redeem their free-flowing drinks any time and claim their draught beer, house wines and cocktail between 5 PM to 7 PM. Members may claim their drinks at Le Bar (until 2 AM) or Snaps Sports Bar ( open 24 hours) in the event of inclement weather or beyond Sunset Bar’s operating hours.
– Members may order one (1) serving of draught beer, house wines, and cocktails upon announcement of last call.
– The MyGlass privilege is exclusive for the Member only and is not transferrable in case of group seating.
